Who we are

Restore Crep Clean provides sneaker cleaning and restoration, based in Stockport, Manchester. You can contact us at restore.crepclean@outlook.com.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry we receive your name, email address, phone number, details of your sneakers, the service you want, your postcode for collection, your preferred date and any notes.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your booking and keep a record of the work we've done. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your data or use it for marketing without asking.

Who we share it with

Enquiries sent through our website are delivered to us by Formspree, a form service that processes them on our behalf. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking details for up to 2 years, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email restore.crepclean@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
